Pursuant to the District Court’s Temporary Restraining Orders, the relief of which was extended by the Court’s Preliminary Injunctions, Melanie E. Damian was appointed Receiver of the Estate of Sean Nathan Healy, charged with marshalling all of the Defendant's assets and certain of the Relief Defendants' Assets for the benefit of the investors that Defendants’ are alleged to have defrauded.  In the first two weeks of the Receivership, the Receiver secured nearly $2 million worth of jewelry and watches, more than $1 million worth of vehicles, and more than a half million dollars of funds.  The Receiver will continue her efforts to locate and secure the assets of the Receivership Estate.  When substantially all of the known assets are located, the Receiver will institute a claims administration process pursuant to which investors will file claims and those with allowed claims will receive distributions.
